Your Generosity is massively appreciated

I’m honored to be collaborating with Melanoma UK in our mission to secure funding for the placement of the HORUS HS800 Mole Mapping Units in additional NHS Trust locations throughout the UK.

The HORUS HS800 Mole Mapping Unit stands as a pioneering solution in the battle against melanoma. It is the world’s first system to incorporate the Total Body Function (ASTNA), enabling automated scanning for total body numerical analysis. This advanced technology produces highly detailed clinical images with remarkable reproducibility, facilitated by specific algorithms and high-intensity polarised illumination. With the HORUS HS800, the identification of new lesions and swift follow-up are made possible, ensuring a proactive approach to melanoma detection and management.

HORUS HS800 Mole Mapping Unit was installed at Broadgreen Hospital, Liverpool in July 2019 and a further machines have been installed at various locations across the UK.

The Horus Skin Imaging systems will help to provide the NHS with the ability to detect and diagnose skin cancers and will be a great asset to the NHS. The fourth machine was installed in June at Norfolk & Norwich Trust.

With each machine and training valued at £50K each, hospitals within the NHS simply do not have budgets for such expensive equipment, and without the your support, they would be unlikely to be able to offer this kind of service.

Your support through a donation would be greatly appreciated. You can contribute by visiting this fundraising page.
